PGCAD uses the latest technology that allows interaction between the customer and the builder. This technology shows the customers and builders exactly what the project will look like before it's realized.

With this technology, the customers don't need any knowledge of architecture terms (floor plans, section and construction documents) to have an idea of what the project will look like. This will be available through render images and interactive videos.

This technology will also be used for construction documents in order to provide schedules and material quantities that the builder will need to complete the project. The builder will also have at hand quality images, architectural renders and all the specifications for the project. Every little detail will be done in 3D so that anyone who doesn't know how to use a computer will be able to visualize and understand this new way of presenting projects.
